The first 300 MW phase of the Dholera Solar Park is operational, built and run by Tata Power.

It is the opening tranche of an ultra-mega solar park planned for 5,000 MW across roughly 11,000 hectares — one of the largest in India — approved by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, with GUVNL and GPCL as state partners and SECI leading the later phases.

Clean power at this scale is part of what makes Dholera a credible industrial base: a fab and a smart city both need a great deal of it, reliably.
